Had a quick session today, in between rain showers... outside temp was under 60, so it wasn't as warm as Wednesday. I started off well, 80% speeds 1st set were mid 80s. 2nd was low 80s. 90% speeds 1st ser were upper 90s. Then I went to get a quick drink, and when I went back at it my speeds were low. 90% 2nd set speeds were equal to my 80% 2nd set.
I felt like I was giving it my all, yet speeds weren't equal to my last session, they were slow.
My top speed bare shaft was 121, nothing faster... most were sitting around 113-115...
A little disappointing, yet I guess I should expect that to happen, exercise is full of ups and downs. It's never all gains, and no losses... 2 steps forward, one back...
