As an example, I enjoy Lithium, for the most part, but the they play the same songs over and over again and the host talks too much.
There are a huge number of songs that would fit in the line-up at Lithium that they never play. When I invested in satellite radio, I thought it wouldn't be like regular commercial radio. I thought it would play a much wider variety and I thought I wouldn't have to listen to some idiot know-it-all.
I got rid of it for these reasons. It would be fantastic if they expanded the number of songs and bands, maybe committed to no repeat songs for 72 hours or something, and if the host didn't say anything except the name of the song and the name of the band, plus maybe the album and/or the year it was released. I would like to hear that after every single song, but the no other yapping. You don't have to tell me that you are going to play a certain type of song; I already know that. That's why I tuned in to your channel. And I don't need to knlw that you met Chad Smith or Alan MacGreevy backstage one time after a show in Providence. Just play the damned music!
