sdandrea1 Interesting. The house I bought in Las Cruces did not stipulate time and did 2 inspections--one after the seller fixed a few things, plus a solar panel inspection they had to fix. The last inspection was done the day before closing. When I bought my house in VA, sellers did not have to tolerate inspections, serious seller's market then.
