            I agree based on quality of opponents. The media is in love with Cam Ward though, so I don’t know. I think the only team in the SEC that could make it in with 3 losses might be Georgia if they lose the conference championship game. Alabama had some high quality wins in a tough schedule, but I still don’t think they make it. I don’t know what to make of Oregon, but I think whoever the other 11 are, they are all capable of beating each other.

                                Isn't that true. It took them forever to get to this point but they all should have been beating the drum of a real playoff and it would have happened earlier. Dipshits like Kirk Herbstreet are to blame as he railed against it for years! Makes the games so much more meaningful and just because a team loses a game on two (possibly 3) it doesn't exclude you.

                                  I didn't when they first announced it, but that was because I wasn't forward thinking enough to envision the equalizing properties of the NIL policy. With so many teams pretty much equal in stature, I think the 12 team playoff will be a blast and the winner could be any of them. Who knows, Ryan Day might even redeem (or bury) his reputation.
