Reason I’m reopening this is because this winter my back/hip/piraformis/sciatica had not bothered me at all. The last couple years by the end of the day I could barely walk. It would be fine in the morning after a night of rest.
This year… I’ve gone back to the gym, not sure that did it. I also got this acupuncture mat that I lie on now and then that is like lying on small nails… that helped a ton when I had a knot on my lat muscle from the rower. But as a few of you said, where I drive 3-4000 miles a month, the lumbar in the car might not be doing the trick.
My wife got me this big lumbar thing for the car. It goes up to my mid back. It’s huge and takes some getting used to but I’m thinking that’s what’s working. Zero pain at all this winter
