I've never hit one, so I can't recommend it, but the Callaway Steelhead XR looks pretty tall to me. I have one in 7 wood that I like. I haven't played a 3 wood in quite some time. In my younger days I played a Liquid Metal 3 wood (still in my garage) that had a pretty deep face, but it is quite old.
