Not necessarily modern, but this has the face height you want and was always a rocket launcher!

Alternatively, you could look at any of the TaylorMade Mini Drivers as 3Ws the 13.5* heads can be dialed up to 15* and one other is the Wishon 919FD head, they usually come in at 14* and had a FH @ 39mm.

You might look for a Tour Edge head.....CBX is a good head. Tall face height....there are other models, I believe the more current ones are all in the taller/ish face height from what I can tell.

Cobra Rad Speed Big Tour would fit the bill....I believe it's at 14.5" with adjustable hosel/sleeve.

Ping Stretch .... I think they started these with the G and continued with g400, not sure if they still make it or not....but similar in size to the Big Tour noted above......they are not mini's but slightly bigger footprint fwy,s.

The Powerplay Juggernaut (prior gen) might also be a contender.

I've never hit one, so I can't recommend it, but the Callaway Steelhead XR looks pretty tall to me. I have one in 7 wood that I like. I haven't played a 3 wood in quite some time. In my younger days I played a Liquid Metal 3 wood (still in my garage) that had a pretty deep face, but it is quite old.

I've got one of those Wishon 919F/D 14° heads if interested.

As you can see it doesn't have the sole port cover and actually weighs about 197 grams because I think it was a fitting head (bought from EBay). Would need a shim to fit a 0.335" shaft.

Kelly, @LogicalOne , has 3 wood heads about 15°. You should be able to ask him about face height. Price looks good as well, I'd be very interested in both 3 & 5 if I didn't already have a matched pair.

I recommend that all 3 woods have at least 20 degrees of loft.

I'm not sure I'm ready for a 20° three wood yet but 16° or 17° would be fine. I think my XXIO 4 wood
is 16.5° and that works fine. Give me another couple of years and maybe 20° will suit me.

Consider the Srixon F85. Silly long with a pretty tall face. Should be cheap, and it comes in a 13.5*
