The Open 2023 Edition
Christo goes from the lead, #1, on Thurs. to dead last, #76, on Sat.
And yet he still feels better than JT.
Why do I believe we will have no winner this year on the constest?
I watch the broadcast and concentrate on the amazing golfers. I could not care less about another person's interpretation of what I am seeing. Their comments mean nothing to me.
I know what I am seeing is the best of the best.
NBC has to be hoping that Harman takes a quad on an early hole today.
Conditions look tough this morning!

I haven’t been able to watch much, but I like the different mix on the leaderboard in general. Harman has been familiar lately, and a few of the top players are in the mix, but a whole bunch of players that don’t get much world wide exposure are, or were too!
I’m hoping Harman can ride it out, but have enjoyed most of what I have seen no matter how it ends up.
When I was young I would look forward to weather like today at The Open. The course would be wide open for walking and my mind would relax. Old me has no tolerance for steady rain anymore and my mind always turns to the negatives.
Looks like Rory is feeling good right now. My guy Hideki is not .
What a break for Rahm on 5

I have to say the coverage on Sirius XM has been really good. A whole slew of British commentators. My favorite being Maureen Madill. She has a command of the Queens English like nobody else. Very entertaining.
Her best line so far, ‘for a professional golfer to miss a green with a wedge is like missing your face with a fork.’
Put on Peacock to see if they go without commercials
