toraider I can't recall ever having a head fail back when I had a bit of swing speed and was a range rate, but I've had 3-4 now since turning 50. The first was a G25 driver, but that was used when I bought it and I think it came from @Typhoon....I don't think it liked me hitting it off the toe for a few seasons lol.
Later I had a Callaway XR16 5h fail after 3 season, but they gave me a Rogue 5h that's still going strong. Then the XR16 3w I got at the same time failed. In all cases there was a hairline crack and the faces had flattened a bit.
