Stu1961 Read, some pros make a mark on practice days balls different from the game day since they have a tendency to hit to the same locations
New Kirland (Costco) ball on the way
Bravopilot
Maybe that's our problem, we are not going out and hitting balls the day before the big match to where we WANT our ball to be?
Seriously, @pellmell, that's some serious coincidence there that I have never seen.

And I did go to Costco as advertised, they didn't have any of the new balls in the store. I asked my cashier if they had sold out already and she hollered over to a young guy on the computer and he putzed around on his system for a bit and told me that they were still on the way but he had no indication yet when they would arrive.
So, no lasting harm done.

Anyone use this ball yet?
[unknown] Maybe Saturday I'll get one into play.
our Costco has yet to have them in stock

To me the new 3 pc ball plays basically the same as the former. It's ok. It doesn't play/feel like a $50 a dozen tour ball. I would still call it a good value.
Just picked up 2 dozen.
I still have a couple dozen of the last version and I am sure that I will buy some of the new as well. The Ball is not exactly what holds back my game...
Top Flite is the official ball of the Last Tee. Costco is a close runner up.
My Costco (as of this morning) only had golf gloves. No balls, wedges, putters.
Finally got a round in with the new Kirkland 3p, and I am impressed.
Distance - As long as anything I have played. In yesterday's round I hit 4 drives into wow territory. It's my local muni that I play a lot, so I know where my drives should end up. K3Pv3 passed those spots quite often.
Spin - not a lot. Definitely not a ball to play on firm greens. Soft greens I would have no problem with these.
Durability - Outstanding. Played the entire 18 with one ball, and at the end it looked almost new.
Thumbs up from me.
