Par4QC Rex, no worries!! I will figure something out to fix that nicely. I just wanted to see if there was something I could source locally to repair what usps broke, before I start working out a fix. Right now, I'll probably let it sit, and use it in this orientation if I need to pull a shaft before I get that piece fixed.

pellmell The three screws, indicated by the arrows, attaching it to the base can't be tightened because there's no slots on the screw heads.

Those look like pop rivets.

I think you should make a multiple shaft holding jig with clamps and ruler to cut multiple shafts at one time. I had one many, many years ago and thought it was great for when I was using a chop style saw.

I have a GolfMechanix shaft cutter. I’m talking about a jig that can be used with a chop style saw. I think a majority of club builders use a chop style saw, not the GolfMechanix one. That’s where I was coming from. 😊

Not a surprise…probably stuck in Billings coming from your neck of woods…happens probably 50% of the time these days. 🙄

Monday will be like an early birthday present then because the T-Rex will show up as 1 of 3 boxes along with a new hybrid and also a driver shaft to try in the ZX5! 😂

I also made my original prototype like them, except for the clamp. I have it also. Too much welding....$$$.
