No, can't be replaced, I made them myself. And have no spares that will work.
I would drill a hole up through and epoxy in a tight fitting dowel.
Or drill a hole and run a 2" #10 sheet metal screw in, countersinking the head, plus epoxy. Not a wood screw, sheet metal...all threads!
The puller can also be used as it sits in the pic. Has to be high enough from floor to accommodate the club length.
That's gonna be a true 'pegleg'. 😆
