LogicalOne @Par4QC I think you should make a multiple shaft holding jig with clamps and ruler to cut multiple shafts at one time. I had one many, many years ago and thought it was great for when I was using a chop style saw.
LogicalOne Walterjn I have a GolfMechanix shaft cutter. I’m talking about a jig that can be used with a chop style saw. I think a majority of club builders use a chop style saw, not the GolfMechanix one. That’s where I was coming from. 😊
Par4QC VigilanteTrail You may be waiting til Monday to find out. You got some slow people up that way.
VigilanteTrail Par4QC You may be waiting til Monday Not a surprise…probably stuck in Billings coming from your neck of woods…happens probably 50% of the time these days. 🙄 Monday will be like an early birthday present then because the T-Rex will show up as 1 of 3 boxes along with a new hybrid and also a driver shaft to try in the ZX5! 😂
LBlack14 Par4QC Never making any more, out of anything!! Ever!!!!!! I reckon the price of these just went up! 😁
Rickochet LBlack14 I reckon the price of these just went up! I am guessing the red one was made by Rex's brother. USPS ain't gonna break that one. 😜
Par4QC LBlack14 I've still got/use Steve's 1st one. I also made my original prototype like them, except for the clamp. I have it also. Too much welding....$$$.
Par4QC Rickochet USPS ain't gonna break that one. That story just keeps getting better with every delivery today!! 1 is going to be used as a paraplegic type......lost BOTH legs!😲🤬
Walterjn Par4QC well, I took 3 finishing nails, drilled 3 holes, and some Bramptons epoxy. I think that should hold it together. I'll let you all know after the epoxy dries. It is currently sitting on some plastic and cardboard to cure with a large rubber band around it all to keep it all in place.
LogicalOne I received mine, healthy as can be, even though USPS took it through 50 more states than it needed to go through. 🤨😊 It’s beautiful! Well done Rex! 👍🏼😊
LogicalOne VigilanteTrail I wanted to send a blue one to @Spuzz but Rex was all out of blue jacks and handles.
Walterjn @Par4QC ,Rex, thank you for this fantastic puller. I just pulled the 1st shaft ever on it. It works so very well! A few years ago I cracked the shaft on my 3 iron, so I put it aside until I could get it redone. I dug it out last night and pulled the shaft this morning.
Walterjn Par4QC 🤣😂🤣 not today, but soon!!! Need to get another shaft for it 1st. The only really issue was pulling the old one 1st. I wasn't sure I liked the idea of having DSG do the work for me.
