Looks like you were in Sioux Falls, SD. We stopped at Falls Park a couple of days ago. It was quite a difference from
when we were there earlier this spring. There was very little water now compared to this spring when the falls were roaring.
They have made that area quite nice. They have a bandshell type stage up Phillips Ave. where the park starts and they have free concerts on (I believe) Friday evenings.
