kenner Not to sound like a pompous prick, but I don't go either unless I can score skybox/greenskeeper/corporate village passes for cheap (or if I'm really lucky, like this year, for free!). Working in the golf industry, and also knowing people who work for several of the sponsor companies, thankfully I have connections that usually make that possible every year. 🙂
And I agree about parking - IT SUCKS! But this year in addition to getting skybox passes I also got a valet pass, which allowed me to literally pull up directly in front of the entrance and walk right in. Then when I got out they pulled my car up within about 5 minutes. It was awesome! But unfortunately it may have also set a new standard for me attending the Open. LOL.
