brsmith I remember when that shaft first came out. It was really stiff! Do they still make it? Or does someone have some old stock?

pdxhak thank you for the offer, but I'll let somebody else put it to use, it would be a dust collector for me. I have tried too many times to get that magical stuff flex thing to work.

    Brad:
Proseries Golf does not have old real Accuflex stock for the most part.
It is likely Integra made and painted in Accuflex colours and not on spec.
There's lots of "fake" stuff out there now.
I have a "Stiff" Accuflex VS339 that I got from Weirfan than is barely an R flex for one and I had a fake Evolution at one point too (the orange colour was lighter than the original)

Maybe Christian at Solid Rock Golf or somebody "old school" like him might have some real Accuflex stuff left?
Or some FGI old schoolers like tandjmac for example.

Spuzz Bummer 🙁 I was really excited and ready to buy the Evo shaft. IIRC it was $89 USD when it first came out.

        Don't blame me!
Buyer Beware is all I am saying.

Value Golf or DTG may have some old stock as well.

          Release I think there is a " V2 " on the paint ? Version2 ?

          Yes.
Original Icon was a heavier shaft.

The Icon V2 is still my all time favorite shaft. Butter smooth.

Which flex do you normally play ?

I have a V2 in stiff flex came off a db455 ( so 1 3/4" tip prep , as we call it married to the deep bore unless you tip trim it or, don't mind the raw section showing above the ferrule or like I do sometimes paint it with nail polish ).
I can send it to you.
The X flex I'm keeping for old time memory, boy did I hit that one well decades ago.

            Release

I tried the V2 more than once in drivers and fwys, but for some reason, we haven't got along. I have an X in a head here now (I think it's still here) that for whatever reason, I have a hard time getting it in the air. I figured we'd get along as stiff tip shafts usually work for me, but that one hasn't I appreciate the offer though.

Is it weird that I loved the Icon V2? I had a few of those.

If you have difficulty getting the proper trajectory in height then, you did not load the shaft properly. Too stiff for your swing maybe ?
The VS339 v2 in stiff was smooth but too soft for my past swing. If I'm not careful, a high curved to the right will result.
Maybe it'l fit me fine now..... LOL.

If you can, slowing down ( a quick pulse ) at the top will enable you to hit just about any flex withing one flex of your normal flex. Up or down. Like set it, then, let go. A trick taught by many of the good instructors. The split second pause enable you to feel the head and allowing the shaft to recover before starting down.
I just got a couple of new shafts for hybrid h1 and h2, can't wait to assemble them and try them out.
            Only if the rain stops.

Gaming my "Old School" Hogan FTX. Hit'm on the button and it's Nirvana...But mishits are like a bunch of fire ants in your hands!!

I'd say so because that's been my issue with that shaft. I've tried it more than twice with, basically the same results. That and a right side push or slice. The 1st Quadratic I had had it in it and couldn't hit it for shit. Put an Aldila VS Proto in it and WALLAH! Night and day.
