scotts33 2 munis here that are city owned are building new clubhouses. 1 is already done and the other is almost finished. Very nice places btw, with the 1st course being a learning center also. It's in the 3rd season after the new clubhouse, and if they have raised rates it is so minimal it doesn't show....maybe a buck or 2. They added a few practice holes(short) and a putting area for teaching also.
Play has drastically increased in this area due to Covid, but prices are not much higher, except for a couple courses that have gone to a 'weekend/holiday' rate. Which is bullshit.......$15 higher.
