Rickochet I had an ear of good ole corn on the cob last night. I have had a craving for some and recently saw a pack of 4 ears in the cooler at Krogers. I put it in the crisper drawer of my fridge and forgot about it for weeks. I finally remembered and pulled an ear out to cook. It was already shucked so I wrapped it in a wet paper towel and nuked it for 3 minutes. I was really surprised. It was the mixed color sweet corn and tasted like an ear of fresh summer corn. Mo corn tonight. 😋

sdandrea1 Pan fried bone-in pork chops from Costco, Asparagus from Costco broiled in Chipotle infused olive oil. Italian bread. SWMBO rocks!
Rickochet I pan fried some nice pieces of cube steak for lunch and had one with some cottage cheese with Ro-tel tomatoes and a honey crisp apple. For dinner I reheated the other piece and tossed it on a honey wheat but with colby-pepper jack cheese with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion and tartar sauce. I air fried some frozen Idaho crinkle fries to go with it. It was very good. 😋
johnnydoom Going to be an easy one tonight. A Memphis specialty - BBQ pork nachos. Smoked a pork shoulder last Tuesday and we had pulled pork sandwiches. Now we're going to use some of the leftover pulled pork to make nachos with.
Rickochet I did a quickie din. Neumann's own frozen supreme pizza in the air fryer oven. Very good with fresh toppings and crispy crust.
Rickochet sdandrea1 The Fish sammich at Arby's is pretty good👍 It's better than pretty good and you can get two for $6.99. Unfortunately it will be gone after Easter. Wendy's has a similar seasonal "planko fried fish" and it sucks.
Rickochet I had some Curly's pulled pork BBQ. I got the no sauce version and mixed in some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Ad a slice of baby swiss cheese and yum. And served with some Resers Amish potato salad. For dessert I am going to lay on the couch and fart. 😜
