I have my own BBQ meatloaf recipe that we love. If you can find it at Rural King, get a jar of red bell pepper relish and a jar of sweet yellow onion relish. We have Amish markets around here, so I can get it anytime there, Rural King is hit and miss for it. Throw some of both relishes in a bowl with your ground beef, an egg, a little ketchup, a little BBQ sauce, a little worcestershire, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, and for the break crumbs, I mash a bag of seasoned croutons and throw that in. Mix well and shape into rather large burgers. I fire up a chimney full of charcoal and pile them on one side so I can cook indirect with my trusty slow 'n sear. I roast the burgers indirect for 30-45 minutes, then finish them with a good sear directly over the coals. Yum!
