Well, the prime rib is in the roaster oven for our evening meal. It's roasting at about 265Β°. I haven't
made it this way before but I thought I'd try it this time. I usually start it at 450Β° for about the first
15-20 minutes and then reduce the heat to 300Β° for the rest of the time, or I make it on our Weber
grill. It's too cold to stand out there by the grill today so in the roaster it went.
