Thanks. None. They wrap it in thick plastic and expect you to cook it on a rack.
We just use it as a base pizza to dress up the way we like it. Pretty good for what it is.

The neighbors boys recently shot a couple of Elks, he gave us some ground meat.
My wife made some Elk tacos, pretty damn good....very lean and not gamey tasting at all!

Yaka-mein was outstanding last night! Will be worked into the household ramen rotation.

Tonight is dinner with the in laws. We are eating before we leave. They think meat is done when it is gray in the center.

Well, the prime rib is in the roaster oven for our evening meal. It's roasting at about 265°. I haven't
made it this way before but I thought I'd try it this time. I usually start it at 450° for about the first
15-20 minutes and then reduce the heat to 300° for the rest of the time, or I make it on our Weber
grill. It's too cold to stand out there by the grill today so in the roaster it went.
