Not cooking it today but did put a frozen Smithfield spiral cut country ham out to thaw for Christmas dinner. We normally get one from Cracker Barrell but they were on their website this year. We have done the Cracker Barrell ham for years because it was never too salty as many country hams can be. We will eat the ham for days until we get tired of it then freeze the rest for occasional breakfasts, seasoning and save the bone for a big pot of bean soup. 😋
