Crock Pot Bone in Porkchops
Salt/pepper pork chops on both sides
Use a low heat in a Pam sprayed crock pot
1 Large can pineapple slices placed all over the meat....but save juice for sauce.......mix juice in a bowl with 2 tbs garlic, powder, 6 tbs brown sugar, 6 tbs soy sauce, mix well n taste test to add to your liking. Pour this mixture over porkchops that are covered with all the pineapple slices....cook 6 hours on low.
You can use pineapple chinks instead of slices.
Serve with mashed potatoes, english peas and Hawaiian Rolls!!!
