Boiled a chicken to save the meat and broth for Chicken and Dumplings sometime next week. Was supposed to have it yesterday, but the band played an unscheduled performance of their program at the middle school to get ready for the state evaluations tomorrow. Gonna drive 100 miles south for that and miss out on all of the college football matchups tomorrow 😦. Hopefully the band will be selected as a finalist for state.

We had a new BK open this week after the old one closed 5 years ago. I always like the fish sammich. Whopper is good as well. The only thing I don't like is the BK king character. He is as spooky as a bad clown.
