Honestly I don't have a real problem with any parts of the outfit, but as a whole on JT it just doesn't work IMO. Maybe got too used to seeing him in classic golf attire?

Hate to tell you all, but a lot of young men are wearing pants like that now.
Skinny Plus Fours. 
While I'm not a fan of joggers, I do see the value in pants that don't drag the ground and get soaking wet. I do think the R&A and PGA need to either allow shorts or ban hoodies. Personally, they need to allow for shorts during tournament rounds IMO.

rsvman2 I get that fashions change and what I like will go out of style. I even like to get on board with newer fashion some times. But I won’t be trying those pants. I put them up there with flat hat bills and backwards hats, just too dumb looking for me. The kind of looks that will make someone’s kids laugh hard 20 years later when they see the pictures. 
Of course I did wear the giant glasses back in the day….
It’s hard to avoid becoming a fogey. You younger guys will see. 
The ankles showing.....ugh. plenty of guys wearing no show or ankle socks with pants but not with those horrendous pants with the cuffs at the bottom where the ankles are exposed purposefully! I'd rather wear a kilt!
