Yeah, but I question his choice of colors. 😁

I've done a few and found electrical tape a lot easier to manipulate than making tape. I haven't done any that's had a bunch of detail making though. I'm chicken.

Have you tried the pinstripe tapes for detail ?

Yeah, it was in great shape, but I wasn't crazy about the white and LOVE the new look....

I'd be happy with a restoration to "newish," but that carbon fiber look on the TM driver is super sweet. Maybe I should consider getting a little creative...

I dunno. I think I'd be perfectly happy with one an all-over metallic black. The sole plate is black/red, so making the crown blue would be a little goofy. You feel good about that, sd?

Can you create that "metallic" look that sort of mimics metal flake paint on cars? Does rustoleum sell that in a can? 😉

OK, but don't buy anything yet. When you're out there for your own projects have a look. I haven't looked at the site for that NC shop everyone has recommended yet. I might fall in love with something wacky.

Yeah, their work is worth it for a club you really like.

I've personally done a number of clubs for myself and a 'metal flake' like cars can be
approximated but not of that high quality. You'd have to use a professional service like
Continental Golf to get closer to that finish. It is fun - give it a go. Nothing lost - just time.
