The best way to deal with disgruntled employees is with compromise, not dismissal or suspensions, especially older loyal employees.
The Euro/DP Tour has been "threatened" by the PGA Tour for many years, yet it's still here and nobody has gotten the boot. The rules have actually been softened to allow it's members to play both tours.
Imagine that.
The shoe is on the other foot now and the PGA is acting like industrial factory owners from the 1800's.
The DPWorld Tour is likely to end up being the big winner here, given the small number of events on the LIV Tour, as a lot of those guys will want to golf "somewhere" to keep their games in shape.
