        IMO, every one of those older "legacy" golfers would have jumped ship if LIV existed back then, especially if they were not that successful off the course where the real money was made (Palmer and Nicklaus for example)
        The idea that any of them play mostly for history is pure BS.

            If I remember correctly, it was a bunch of "legacy" golfers jumped ship in 1968 from the PGA of America and formed their own Pro Tour - dispute was over money - they wanted a bigger slice of the pie than the PGA of America was providing...

                        Never watched a LIV exhibition, and likely won't, but that would would drive me bonkers.

                            Eguller I can tune most things out. I have never been to a PGA Tour event because "Mashed Potatoes" or Get in the Hole" guy would get a warm plate of STFU from me.
