I doubt you’ll see sponsors lining up to support LIV. To much bad publicity risk. But the Saudi’s can self sponsor. Maybe they can show some tourism adds. Lol
Sneakylong They don’t need to support LIV. But, if they want exposure for their products on the PGA Tour, they better put up more money. It’ll cost more, and less people will be watching or caring.
Only if LIV can get off YouTube and on a more widely shown network. There’s a reason they don’t have one. No one wants to go out on a limb as of yet.

If you’re a publicly traded company, it’s likely that PIF owns a piece of you. We’ll just have to wait and see about the TV.
Sneakylong I would be curious to know what the real interest is … what those viewership numbers might be if they were both on Network TV. I don’t think their lack of a TV deal is due to anything more than that all Networks that WANT to carry golf, are already in bed with the PGA. Why would they want to help water down their own product? Maybe I’m wrong, but I can’t think of a Network chomping to become a player in televising pro golf.
The Saudi Fund may own a price of me indirectly, but they can still go f@&k themselves. Lol. Yes we will see if and when a network of some scale jumps in bed with the Saudi’s.

Yeah, I agree. None of the Major networks will jump ship. It’ll have to be some other broadcaster. I was thinking Sky, but they broadcast some the Majors and some of the DP World Tour I believe.
They were doing some USGA stuff. I heard they had talks with LIV, but nothing came of it. Fox fired Greg Norman before from their broadcast team. Lol
The Saudi’s could spend some of that $600 billion and start their own network. Lol
