ode ValueGolf I would welcome the insight!
I don't know the OP, he could be a professional builder and work in a tour van for all I know. But when a customer complains to me about a spec, lets say says to me "these are supposed to be 63 degrees and they are 64", it puts me in an impossible position with the dozens of variables at play.
What machine does he have?
Is it calibrated?
How long ago was it calibrated?
What is his experience?
You ask any of those questions and you get indignation. "I've been building clubs for ___ years!" is usually the response.
I've had customers actually tell me that GRIPS are defective because they would not "slip on all the way".
