Maltby Sti 2 Iron Set 4-GW Stiff Flex - Not mine...

Came across these on the bay and looks like they are a decent deal. I may have been interested but the FST125s and I are not a match. 😉

Stiff 125’s. Ick. They would be heavy. Too heavy for us geezers. 😀

FST 125 Pros are nice IMO. Definitely a bit softer than other similar weight shafts.

I don't think the 125's are that heavy after trimming to length, more of a mid weight steel shaft!

ode I agree. IIRC they are 125g at a relatively long length. Maybe no more than 110g trimmed and installed?

KCee it's ~ 5g difference for cut weight between a 41" and 43" raw length shaft!

ode I don't disagree, but again IIRC a shaft trimmed for a 5i weighs like 110g. They're definitely not DG S300.
