People on golf chats are a market no one in their right mind would pursue if one needs volume to make their nut.
We golf chatters (of which I am one) are pains in the ass in what we want thus not a market for things off the shelf. We are not a market the major OEM's are or should be pursuing. We are at best "boutique" buyers and that is OK as long as one is willing to pay "boutique prices" which many want but are not willing to pay for.
What will one pay for the OMG driver? Why that color? Why is it not in left handed? Why not in so and so size/loft/lie/weight, etc.?
Like it or not, the golf market is what wins on Sunday...sells on Monday.
