darpar You can also do a torch and oil quench finish on wedges or putters. The cool thing is you never know exactly what the final color tint will be. Pretty simple and easy to do, and the finish won't easily wear off either.
fatshot sdandrea1 Nice! How long did it take and ballpark figure on the cost....??? Hope he keeps a headcover on it this time...!!
Bravopilot sdandrea1 Hopefully, the cover shows up as predicted Friday. USPS shows a goofy response when I looked it up today.
sdandrea1 fatshot Nice! How long did it take and ballpark figure on the cost....??? 3 weeks with shipping and $185. https://www.embraceputters.com/
Typhoon sdandrea1 Wow, refinish prices have sure gone up. Did he pull the shaft and only send the head?
sdandrea1 LBlack14 You don't seem giddy.🤔 My son is over the moon about it, so now I'm giddy. 😉
sdandrea1 Bravopilot Hopefully, the cover shows up as predicted Friday. USPS shows a goofy response when I looked it up today. No hurry Paul. The boy lives in VA and he ain't golfing.
sdandrea1 Typhoon Wow, refinish prices have sure gone up. Did he pull the shaft and only send the head? Nope. I pulled the heads on his 2 Vokey wedges because I got a price break. Still waiting for those. I'm pretty sure the putter was done while assembled.
sdandrea1 Typhoon ok, yeah seemed high for a pulled head but it wasn’t pulled. Scotty Cameron folks wanted twice that $ to restore it.
Typhoon sdandrea1 Oh yeah, Scotty is crazy. Down the road if you sell the club you’ll lose money having them do it. My TEI3 I took apart, sent the beat up head to BOS and had them restore it to original and it was only around $100
sdandrea1 Got the Vokeys back from The IronWorks. Nice work! Scroll up to OP to see the "before" pics.
sdandrea1 Eguller Looks like you almost got primer on them. 😳 I'm still peeling that shit off my hands.......
Baaab sdandrea1 Just got my Scotty back from Labworks in Waco, TX. They did an awesome job on the putter head and shaft.
