PA-PLAYA Costco, but I rarely fuel up there because I've noticed that I lose about 2 mpg using their fuel. I have a few friends who've experienced the same with Costco
Interesting observation.
At least Costco contains detergent additives. Kroger gas does not or at least they can't guarantee it or can't advertise it has additives.
After a couple of Kroger fill-ups, I go to a station with detergent additives. I may not help or make a difference, but I feel better.
