Bravopilot $3.92 today Walmart Neighborhood store in Las Cruces. Walmart is considerable less here and $.10 off is a member--which I am not. Sadly, this is welcomed as the other places advertise $4.29
Typhoon Bravopilot Cheapest place I found was also $4.29. I had to take the jeep lately for demo days because I have all the clubs. Gets around 16 mph😔
Sneakylong $4.10 at WaWa this morning. It was $4.05 at Sams Club, but they don’t open till 9:00. It was 8:30 and a few people were waiting for 9:00. I’m not sitting for half an hour to save .75 cents.
Walterjn Put $380.00 in the tank this morning. Got 60 gallons, per gallon was $6.26... holy 💩 when might that be reversed and drop back down to a more reasonable price; ya know like 1.99 a gallon....
Typhoon Walterjn when might that be reversed and drop back down to a more reasonable price; ya know like 1.99 a gallon.... When the pope becomes Jewish.
Par4QC We must be highest outside CA with a nice $4.49 going on. Haven't checked across the river, but will be going over that way soon. I did see $3.60 there on Thurs.. (off-brand station, prolly 1/2 plain alcohol)
colej [deleted] Gas is pretty close to what you’ve got, here in Cincinnati, oh. Diesel is $1 more a gallon.
Walterjn raggmann54 now that's a load of crap... Gas @ $4.50 and diesel is $6.25... Last I checked diesel is a byproduct....
johnnydoom Walterjn 30 cents of that is the higher tax rate for diesel. Have no idea why the additional $1.45 on top of that. I guess the gas business knows diesel is business critical and they can charge the extra without affecting immediate demand. I was under the impression that diesel required less refining. Given the high volume of trucks on the road these days though the distribution of diesel is probably quite a bit more costly as far as labor and equipment maintenance goes. I’ve been curious about the number of semi’s on the road compared to 20 years ago. Anecdotally it seems like 5 times as many. Don’t know if it’s my imagination, or if something like the shift to just-in-time logistics caused it.
Walterjn johnnydoom I think J.I.T. stores, logistics has had a lot to do with it. I know the ultra low sulfur requirements have a lot to do with it as well. Still, diesel is still a byproduct of gasoline.
