Gas prices revisited.

Ours went up 10 cents last week and another 10 cents this week. Now $3.55 a gallon. Thanks _ _ _! Come on man, this is getting ridiculous!

Yesterday, passed a Chevron with premium at $5.17 and another at $5.25.

I went to Costco and got it for $4.69. Good thing I was riding the motorcycle which gets around 38mpg and only takes 5 gallons at a time.

Costco here was $2.97 yesterday. The local gas station was $3.11.

But, across the river in IA, it is still about $0.30+ less.

Holding at $3.25 where I go and thats the lowest I've seen. I keep filling up when I get to a half tank. Don't want to get to empty and then have the prices go up

I bought gas at Costco in Sioux Falls, SD on Wednesday for $3.04 per gallon. I saw that many stations were at
around $3.30 per gallon and one Sinclaire station was over $3.50 per gallon.

They are price gouging the people that forget to fill up their rentals before they return it as it's the last gas stop? That seems most likely. And if people would not get gas there, they would not be able to charge as much, so it works.

SVonhof Clearly is but still surprising this is allowed. Travel there a little and have seen over $6/gal before. I don't see this anywhere else. Even in San Diego, with very limited gas stations near car rental return location, the price is equal to the already high CA gas. But not Orlando, which is trying to get the world to come there.

Gas prices near ANY airport and Interstate hiway exits are higher here and in VA. The exception is the big box stops like Love, Pilot, etc.

The station nearest to me (Fairfax, VA), always slightly higher, has $3.80 Reg ($4.40 prem) today-was out running errands and got gas, had to drive elsewhere for $3.46 gas. Getting real, lucky me telecommute. Plus, my commute car is a Prius.

If you ever stay at a hotel and the light bulbs are missing, it was an airline pilot crew hotel--seriously.

Many buy an expensive car when first come on active duty--we called it mortgaging their commission--they never last.
Prius (07 model) was a forced buy when the DC area went to HOV restrictions--hybrids were exempt. I do get it over 90 when I drive into work.😎 My other car is a Highlander ('15-bought from ex-wife a couple of months ago)--hard to get all my golf crap in the Prius.🤔

The last new car for me was a Sequoia in 2002--no more new cars.

I can firmly show proof that is just not true!

We had 6 flight crews staying every day/night. On occasion, we would get a call to 1 of their rooms where the "light is not working" or "the phone is not working". On each occasion, the maint. person would walk in, plug the phone cord in, or plug the light cord in, and be done. Cords were laying right on the desktops!!

So, pilots are not 'smart' enough to know how to unscrew a light bulb. 😲

Bravopilot just how much golf stuff does one need for 18 holes?? A set of clubs, a dozen balls, range finder, shoes. Can't almost all of that fit inside the bag??
