Not exactly,you can figure Bryson made it to the final 8...which is pretty AWESOME!
If you go by the longest drives in the final 8, Bryson finished 6th.

At one point when I was watching on Youtube, they put up a 278 for one of the guys. I was thinking, hey, I hit one 245 last week using a 43-inch long, 10.5 degree 2015 model Cobra FlyZ. Put me in, coach!

I'm sure the guy would've been embarrassed if he saw that number under his name on the YouTube feed. Fortunately for him, there were only about five thousand people watching at the time.

Probably makes sense to try ... as #125 on the PGA tour still earns about a million in prize money, while #1 in long drive earns????? On the other hand, the article states he couldn't crack his college golf team's starting lineup at the University of North Texas. So, I think he has as much chance as someone who won a half-court shooting contest in basketball would of making the NBA.

Par4QC He can't. I have seen him play some golf in youtube videos. He hasn't got half the short game of Sadlowski. He would miss every cut.

Kyle's "normal" golf swing is not as violent as he does at the long drive competitions. If you watch any of his video's on Youtube where he plays some of the tour stop courses, hit swings hard, but not out of his shoes (mostly).
