Wouldn’t have had to give up anything. Evans was a free agent. He signed a $60 million dollar contract, but only $16 million is guaranteed.
So it’s basically a one year contract for $16 million. Good deal for his caliber receiver. His first 10 seasons he had over 1000 yards each year. Have seen him play since he got here in Tampa in 2014.
Still a great tall receiver that can go get a ball up for grabs. First rate person as well.
