Not sure about the play calling with to,s to burn. I'm throwing the kitchen sink at em with both Barkley and hurts running and will see what the down and distance is from there. Gotta give 49ers d credit they stopped em but Imo play calling was sus!

professor I think there was more to it than that. After the missed catch apparently he didn't leave the field when he was supposed to, almost causing a penalty.

In terms of this season, you're correct it doesn't matter. But in looking forward (which is obviously my interest) my concern is how they're going to manage the salary cap with a bunch of young and exceptional bucks on the defense due to get paid. Maybe AJ will be on the trading block for a team looking for a #1 receiver.
