johnnydoom They didn't last year. I don't keep up closely with personnel changes, but haven't heard of any significant move to improve the o-line.
Tennessee have added a couple of likely starters on the offensive line in free agency - Dan Moore (Steelers) to play left tackle, which allows J.C. Latham to move to his more natural position at right tackle, and Kevin Zeitler (most recently of the Lions) at right guard. They have a decent young LG in Peter Skoronski, and Lloyd Cushenberry is a solid center. There's also the offensive line coach - having the head coach's father on staff isn't always a good idea, but here that means that the Titans have one of the better O-line coaches in Bill Callahan.
All of this suggests that the Tennessee offensive line should be at least competent, and the moves that the team has made in free agency have led to some speculation that that the Titans will be using the first pick of the draft on QB Cam Ward.
