propman Bear talk at this juncture is basically clickbait. Nobody knows what's in store for them between now and next year's draft .
It makes for interesting reading, though.
A reason (possibly the main reason) for that is that it's not clear who's going to be making the decisions for Chicago when the offseason comes round - it's fairly likely that the Bears will have a new GM and head coach by then.
(For what it's worth, I've seen some speculation that there could be a lot of head coach positions becoming available come the second Monday in January, as in 8 to 10 - seems a bit on the high side to me, but the people doing the speculating are a lot closer to the inside gossip around the league than most.)
