DonM I’ve never seen this level of inexperience or incompetence at QB across the league.
I think that you may be overreacting a bit here - yes, there are a lot of young QBs playing and yes, some of the QBs starting games are not performing to the level that you would expect from a starting QB in the NFL, but I don't think that this is particularly unusual when compared to previous years. There are usually a few teams each season that don't have a starter-level QB on the roster, or are starting a young/developmental QB, and it's almost inevitable that a few starters are out for the year through injury as the season moves into December.
It does seem to me, though, that there are more 'out for the year'-type injuries to QBs this year than in previous years - Rodgers, Richardson, Cousins, Daniel Jones, Burrow, Watson so far, and we still have a third of the season to go.
rsvman2 Ridder is pretty bad.
That's why I phrased the description for that group the way that I did - Ridder has shown flashes of being capable of high-level play, but also a tendency to make big mistakes. It would be surprising to me if Atlanta did not make a serious attempt to draft or sign a better option to start at QB for 2024.
