Sneakylong Ron Rivera is a good coach. Washington played well. Taylor Heinicke was on New England's practice squad. He played great yesterday. The Bucs defense has been the issue with the injuries to their secondary.
They allow too many 3rd and long conversions. Brady is the best ever at coming from behind, but the defense has to start playing better.
Agree on the WFT points - Rivera was good in Carolina, and it seemed to me that they only moved on from him when the team fell away from the level of that 2015 season that probably wasn't sustainable. Washington will probably move on from Heinicke after this season, but he seems like the sort of player you want to have on your team - a Case Keenum-type career ahead?
The Bucs aren't performing at the level they were at the end of last season, but their good luck with injuries in 2020 was always likely to regress to the mean (although it does seem to be hitting their secondary the hardest, which tends to show up in those big passing plays given up - looks to be a similar issue with Baltimore).
