Last night's Packers v 49ers OMG.

Yup. The other NFC coaches didn’t like seeing what they saw last night.

If the Bucs get healthy and the offense starts to click they could be dangerous in the playoffs. Right now they would host the Cowboys in the playoffs. Things could change of course.

The Bucs originally put center Ryan Jensen on injured reserve in the hopes he could possibly make it back for the playoffs.

When they won the Super Bowl two years ago they were 7-5 at this point. Then they clicked and went on a run and never lost again.

Do I think that will happen again? No. But anything is possible when you have Brady.

He slapped the ball out of the guys hands… can’t act like a baby. Glad they called it. 4 game the season the Raiders blew a 13 point lead in the 4th quarter or something. I’m thinking lack of discipline.

Very impressive win for having 10 minutes to learn the offense. Mayfield probably didn't know half the first names of the guys he was playing with on offense. lol

Typhoon sounds like a specific rule in that scenario. Unsportsmanlike IMO is a bit harsh but that being said rule is in place for a reason. A monumentally dumb play by the defender. He sacks or assists with the sack on QB and the clock was running with the team scrambling back to get to the line. Not only did it give an auto first down/15 yards, it stops the clock!

I have a feeling that the Lions are going to beat the Vikings today. I hope I'm wrong but
the Lions are pretty good and they always have given the Vikings problem when the game
is in Detroit (or where ever their stadium is located now, I loose track).

mulegolf Good call, Lions coach gave Minn the first game. He's mostly stayed out of the way lately. Lions could easily be 8-5 with better coaching decisions

Yup, Lions TD shows how much the Vikings are missing Harrison Smith. Even if it wasn't his man, he would have
made sure that the rest of the DB's were where they were supposed to be.

I'm watching the Eagles play the Giants. It might be over already. 21-zip and I think the Giants have had the ball for about a total of 5 minutes, maybe. The Eagles remind me of the Brady, Edelman, Walker, Gronk combo. Throw the ball on every play. Somebody is open.

The Lions were just awarded a TD on a play where the runner bumped the pylon at the goal line where it meets
the sideline. I know if the ball or the hands holding the ball hit the pylon it's a TD but the ball carrier's elbow hit
the pylon, with his hands and the ball out of bounds before the pylon. Oh well, the Lions probably would have
scored on the next play anyhow. The Vikings are playing like none of them got any sleep for the past two nights.
They look like they have cement in their shoes and fog between their ears. Meanwhile, the Lions are looking good.

They'll be asking that question alot tomorrow. With this extra point it didn't matter anyway, but the Houston defense might have held them. Hell of a drive by Dallas (dammit). Tough loss for Houston. Dallas played badly and still won.

A touchdown puts the game away - the Texans would be at least 9 points up if they get the ball into the endzone. Even if you miss, there's less difference than you think between being up 3 with the opponent having the ball on their own 2, or being up 6 and kicking off. I haven't looked up the numbers, but there probably isn't all that much difference in win probability between kicking the field goal and going for it on fourth down.
