Another Bears WTF.....

I turned the game on and there was about 9:20 left in the 2nd. QB had 120 yds., iirc, 7/10, and score was 10-7 Bears.
At the half, the QB has 127 yds., 8/11, and the score is 17-10 Jets.

I rest my case.
Getsy has to go, ASAP! Or they win no more. Unless shithouse luck is involved.
It is not the QB.

Washington is winning and they're running game is A+ , yet I remain cautiously pessimistic.

Par4QC 80% of the teams in the NFL suck this year. Don’t know what happened but almost every game is awful and boring. The officiating is just as bad. I was never a huge college football fan but this year I turned myself on to it.

Tough loss for the Bucs. Hindsight they should’ve gone for it on 4th and 2. But the way the defense was playing it was the right call. The 4th and 10 one handed catch in the end zone was a killer.

Tristan Wirfs injury sounded bad. If he’s out for the season it’s probably over. The Bucs could still win the NFC South,but if they can’t protect Brady they won’t go very far. A losing record could win that division.

The only good sign is Wirfs didn’t seem to be in a lot of pain. But anytime they don’t show a replay of an injury, it’s not a good sign.

Sneakylong Watched what I could of that game, which was the very end & OT.
I've not paid much attention in the past. in many games, but I now see what made/makes Brady so good. He "stands tall" in the pocket. Much taller than his 6'5", it seems. Can't imagine he's had many batted balls in his career. And he sees the whole field, without having to 'peek' around linemen.

Typhoon in the last 10 yrs or so, I've become a big college FB fan. Probably because I'm a long suffering bears fan.

Typhoon I like the NFL a lot better than college football. The worst team in the league would destroy the best college team. Wouldn't be close.
Officiating is bad everywhere, in all team sports, are every level. You just have to learn to live with it. NFL refs may not be great, but they are a helluva lot better than college refs.

Use to be a big sports follower, but over the last several decades, I have lost interest for the reasons you mentioned +++. Now, my last bastion- golf - has been effected. What wrecked it all for me was the emphasis on $$$$$$.

rsvman2. Yea I always laugh when people would say Alabama would beat the Lions or somebody. Even a loaded college team only has maybe 10 guys who will make the NFL.

I never said anything about an NFL team playing a college team 🤷‍♂️…. That’d be dumb.

I like seeing completed passes, runs with positive yardage and quarterbacks that don’t look totally lost. I watch NFL games but this year I’m really tired of the mediocre to poor records of most of the teams facing each other.

The college games have a better pace, bang bang offense and play like there is something at stake.

I just want consistency when it comes to referee control of a game. Be consistent when it comes to both teams and both sides offense and defense.

Eguller. Same here. I still like the NFL but my Sundays don't revolve around it. I'll watch it if I'm home. Most times I only watch cause I go hang out with my Dad.
I hadn't watched basketball for years other than March Madness but actually watch a little NBA now that I started playing again. Never liked hockey and baseball is boring as is golf.
Older I get the less I watch

I'm like every other fan. I really like the game (whichever) whether college or pro if my team is having a winning season. If they're loosing most of their games I don't like the game. Might as well be honest.
