I’ll save you the time if looking it up but if your looking for something to read go to the Superspeed golf website and the protocols and program are there for you to see.
So level 1 is 6 weeks. It’s to be done 3 days a week with a resting day in between.
*3 righty swings and then 3 lefty swings with green club (lightest).
*Repeat 3 righty followed by 3 lefty with the blue club and then do it with the red club.
Next up is the “step change “ swings. Like I’m baseball, take a golf address position then bring your lead leg toward your right and then as you swing step forward as if you were stepping into hitting a baseball.
*Do these swings following the same pattern as we just did… green/blue/red, 3 righty followed by 3 lefty.
Lastly you take the green club and take 3 swings as fast as you can righty only. Now you are done.
So you can see how screwing weights on and off would be a pain in the ass.
