I forget but is it not about 2/3rds a CPM per one swingweight? Lead a head up 15 grams and the CPM drops about 10 CPM so close to one full flex.

Hoss7504 Isn't that a soft feeling shaft to begin with(high launcher)? Never used one, but remember reading about them. And in Stiff, does it weigh around 70 gr.?

I wouldn't say it's soft feeling, I'd say its about average for S (imo). But yeah it's roughly 70g and high launch. Feels really stable.

I think the best thing to do is find the trimming instructions of that particular shaft and see what they recommend for a 3 wood as the weight of 208.5 is pretty close to standard 3 wood weight. I would guess it would probably mean a tip trim of .5", but every shaft is different

I've got a new F6 head here with plastic, label and screw in it that only weighs 202g. Just saying.

I read some stuff that said F6 heads are 202-204g. But when I called Cobra they said the head weighed 208.5g. Gotta go with real life numbers, right?

I always consider the adaptor as part of the head. Maybe some do not.

What Rex meant was, .... with the adapt or which is considered as part of the head ( hosel ), the weight would be in the 208 gm. range.
