scotts33 The only reason I would play a $50/doz ball is because I don't lose golf balls. They wear a bit then I change them out. I have lost 5 golf balls this year from April thru now. Average 45 - 54 holes a week. You can afford to play expensive balls if you never lose one.

I suspect the courses you play have little to no water. Water is what attracts golf balls. lol

Two water holes on my local 9 muni and 3 on another 9 that I play regularly. It helps if you know which way the ball is going. I hit a predominant draw. Venetos has resulted in a given ball flight. Misses right are few and far between.

We have a guy in our proshop who shoots anywhere from 82-100. We laugh when he starts blaming shit on the type of ball he used.

I shoot the same with anything I play. I prefer a softer feel but I get all my balls for free so I stick to Prov, TP5 and Chromesoft. They all feel the same and go the same for me.

This was me, but I would go home and build new clubs! Buying a box of balls is definitely less expensive lol.

Good to hear around 70 compression seems lower spin off driver to me than say a Cally SuperSoft 38 compression.
