Email could take weeks for them to respond from my experience. Last I knew they were only available by phone for a few hours in the morning for non retail account holders. Something like 7:30 to 11:00 AM. That’s Mountain time I believe.
They are still backed up with orders. Still several weeks behind. I ordered a shaft and was told it would not move to production until 6 to 8 weeks.
