DonM Yes, Don in the Louisville Smart 2 driver 44"s 250cc a Louisville REM-Z "A" flex graphite and in the Louisville Smart 5 wood a Rapport Advent Lite "A" flex graphite. In the Louisville 7 wood a TT Dynalite "R" steel and in the 9 wood a TT DG R300 steel. The BBGM's on wood woods needs to be taken into account for flex and tipping.
I also have a Stan Thompson Ginty 26 deg. on a TT Dynalite "R". I believe this Ginty was just before Steve Almo got involved with Stan Thompson. I do have a 2 wood Stan Thompson Steamer that Steve was involved in.
Teeing wooden woods down off tee gets nice roll out now, gear effect also.
All of these wooden woods seem to perform well for me when I slow my tempo down and wait on it. That's a general factor in all wooden woods at least for me.
